This week's Figure Friday has two standout preorders that collectors should not sleep on: McFarlane's latest Mortal Kombat Klassic wave drops with Reptile and Sub-Zero in some seriously cool variant forms, and Mezco finally opens the floodgates on Spider-Man 2099 for the One:12 Collective line. Here's what's live and where to grab them.
McFarlane Toys Mortal Kombat Klassic: Reptile (Invisible) and Sub-Zero (Ice Clone)

McFarlane's Mortal Kombat Klassic line just added two more and these are genuinely worth the preorder. Reptile (Invisible) gets the clear plastic treatment, which sounds gimmicky but actually looks fantastic on a shelf or in a light box. Sub-Zero (Ice Clone) is the same concept, a frozen duplicate of the original that reads as a display piece more than a straight action figure. Both are 7-inch scale and drop right into the existing Klassic lineup without any issues. You can grab the whole wave at Entertainment Earth or jump on individual Amazon listings for each fighter.

Spider-Man 2099 One:12 Collective Action Figure

Mezco's One:12 Collective line just opened preorders for Spider-Man 2099 and Miguel O'Hara fans have been waiting on this one for a while. The One:12 treatment means a fabric costume, multiple head sculpts, and articulation that actually holds poses instead of flopping around. The blue-on-red colorway is sharp and the detail level on this figure is exactly what you expect from the line. It's live at Entertainment Earth now, so if you want it at MSRP lock it in before it sells out.
