Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ceeofcreativity.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. In some cases, you may be required to pay return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged and Defective Items

Any defective item or item damaged in transit can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item (or a replacement part depending on the issue), if you send us the request within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is no longer available, we will be happy to issue a refund.

We may request that you e-mail a picture of your broken or defective item to help us determine what exactly is wrong and if a replacement part would be helpful.

The following issues do not qualify as a defective product:

  • Minor cosmetic paint issues
  • Package condition, unless you have purchased Collector's Grade

Opened Items

Opened items are not elligible for returns. this includes:

  • Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging
  • Items that have visible indications that the packaged has been opened
  • Opened cases that are no longer factory sealed

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Clothing and Apparel

Used or worn clothing, apparel, halloween costumes, and accessories may not be returned.

 

Custom or 3D Printed Items

Custom Printed, made to order, or any type of item made using our printing/ custom services may not be returned.

 

Quality Control/ Minor Defects

If there are manufacture defects, such as minor paint issues or non-mint packaging (unless specified) may not be returned.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Digital Products & STL Downloads

Digital products — including STL files, downloadable 3D models, and digital documents — are delivered immediately and cannot be returned. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If a file is corrupted or you are unable to download it, contact us at info@ceeofcreativity.com within 7 days and we will provide a working copy.

Custom Commissions & Paint Services

Custom commissions, made-to-order prints, and hand-painting services are produced specifically for you. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. For paint commissions billed in two stages, the paint invoice is non-refundable once painting has started. If your custom item arrives damaged or materially differs from the agreed specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or remake it at our discretion.

Subscriptions & Memberships

You may cancel a membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, and previously delivered digital or physical benefits are non-refundable. Physical subscription shipments already dispatched are governed by the damaged/defective terms above.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

A refused shipment will be treated as a return and any return costs will be deducted from the refund.

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped. Re-shipments for domestic customers may not be eligible for Flat Rate Shipping.

International customers will be responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes for refused or undeliverable shipments. If customs disposes your shipment for any reason, no refunds will be issued for product or shipping.

Restocking Fees

We typically do not assess restocking fees but reserve the right to do so in some situations:

  • Returned shipment contains missing, damaged, or opened items
  • Merchandise inspected by Customs
  • The return was received after the 30 day return window
