Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 1, 2026
Cee of Creativity ("Cee of Creativity," "we," "us," or "our") operates ceeofcreativity.com and related services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Services you agree to this Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are / contact
- Business: Cee of Creativity
- Owner/operator: Carlo Mannuzza
- Contact for privacy requests: info@ceeofcreativity.com
2. Information we collect
a. Information you give us
- Account & contact data: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, password.
- Order & commission data: products ordered, commission briefs, messages, preferences.
- Payment data: processed by our payment providers (see §5). We do not store full card numbers.
- Uploaded content: images, reference photos, artwork, text, files, and any other material you upload for a commission, quote, or to use an AI generation or configurator tool ("User Uploads").
- Generated content: images, 3D models, and files created for you by our tools from your inputs ("Generated Outputs").
- Communications: emails, form submissions, reviews, support requests.
b. Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps), collected via cookies and similar technologies (see §9).
c. Biometric information (future feature — face/object scanning) If and when we offer face- or object-scanning (e.g., an app that scans your head or an object to build a 3D model), the scan and any facial geometry derived from it may constitute biometric information under laws such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and the EU/UK GDPR (Article 9 "special category" data). We will only collect it with your separate, explicit, opt-in consent, will tell you the specific purpose and retention period at the point of collection, and will not sell it. See §7 and §8.
3. How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and fulfill the Services (orders, commissions, prints, downloads, memberships).
- Operate AI generation and configurator tools (image generation, image-to-3D, action-figure creator).
- Improve and train our models and Services. We may use User Uploads and Generated Outputs to develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and improve our own AI models and product features. See §6.
- Process payments, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
- Communicate with you (order updates, service messages, and — where permitted — marketing you can opt out of).
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
4. Legal bases (for EEA/UK users)
We process personal data under one or more of: performance of a contract; your consent (e.g., marketing, biometric data, and use of uploads for model training where consent is required); our legitimate interests (e.g., improving and securing the Services); and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Service providers we share data with
We share data only as needed to run the Services, with providers bound by contract. These currently include (categories; specific vendors may change):
- E-commerce & hosting: Shopify, Cloudflare.
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions to block spam and automated abuse. Its processing of limited device and browser data is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Payments: Shopify Payments and other processors shown at checkout.
- Email/SMS marketing: Klaviyo.
- AI generation processors: the third-party model providers that process your User Uploads to produce Generated Outputs — currently Replicate, Tripo, OpenAI, and/or Google (or similar providers). Your uploads may be transmitted to these processors solely to generate your output; we do not authorize them to use your uploads for their own model training where such an option is available to us.
- Shipping/fulfillment: carriers and print/fulfillment partners.
- Analytics: Shopify analytics and Google Analytics (if enabled).
We also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or in a business transfer (merger/sale). We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain analytics/advertising cookie activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some U.S. state laws; you can opt out (see §8 and §9).
6. AI training / model improvement
To improve quality, we may store and use User Uploads and Generated Outputs to develop, fine-tune, and evaluate our own AI models and features. Where required by law, we rely on your consent for this use, which we collect via a checkbox at the point of upload (see our Terms of Service). You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your uploads from future training use by contacting us (see §8); withdrawal does not affect processing already performed.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. User Uploads and Generated Outputs used for model training may be retained in de-identified or aggregated form. Biometric data, if collected, will be retained only for the period disclosed at collection and deleted when the purpose is satisfied or on request, consistent with applicable law (e.g., BIPA's retention-schedule and destruction requirements).
8. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws), you may have the right to: access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data; opt out of marketing; opt out of "sale"/"sharing" and targeted advertising; withdraw consent (including for AI-training use and biometric data); and appeal a decision. To exercise any right, contact info@ceeofcreativity.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
9. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, analytics, and (where enabled) marketing. You can control cookies through your browser and, where offered, our cookie-consent tool. Some features won't work without essential cookies.
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly to distinguish real visitors from bots. Turnstile may process limited device and browser information (such as IP address and browser characteristics) solely for this verification; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
We may process and store data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where required, notified to you.
14. Contact
Questions or requests: info@ceeofcreativity.com.
Files, Downloads and Studio Features
Effective July 2026.
Files you upload
Files you upload with a quote or commission request (for example STL, 3MF, or reference images) are stored securely with our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) and are used only to prepare and produce your order. Quote files are automatically deleted 90 days after upload.
Download analytics
We count model downloads in aggregate to rank and improve the library. Each download is authorized against your membership at the time of the request.
Member download credentials
Library members receive a private download credential tied to their account. It is used only to authorize downloads and is revoked when membership ends.
