DC Super Powers Wave 4
McFarlane's closing out the DC Super Powers line in style. Wave 4 is the final assortment, and it's stacked: Silver Age Flash, Martian Manhunter, Wonder Girl, Deathstroke, JSA Superman, and a Metallic Cyborg round out the set. Pre-orders open September 3rd at 12pm EDT, exclusively through Entertainment Earth. If you've been chasing this retro-styled DC line since wave one, this is the send off, and it's worth grabbing before it's gone for good.
G.I. Joe Classified Series Nemesis Immortal Deluxe
Hasbro's bringing back the Nemesis Immortal Deluxe figure in the Classified Series line, and pre-orders just opened again. This is the beefed up deluxe version of the villain, not the standard release, so expect the extra gear and articulation that comes with the deluxe tier. It's available through Entertainment Earth, Amazon, and other retail partners. Anyone building out their Cobra roster should jump on this one while the reissue window is open.

G.I. Joe Classified Series Arctic B.A.T.: Update
The Arctic B.A.T. reissue is getting a packaging change worth knowing about before you order. Hasbro's moving to a new window box, which means it's dropping the plastic free packaging from the original release. The price ticked up too, now $27.99, about $2 more than early pre-order buyers were quoted. It's up for pre-order at Entertainment Earth, Amazon, BigBadToyStore, and a few overseas retailers if you want to lock one in at the new price.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Superman
INART's turning the Man of Steel from Dawn of Justice into a 1/12 scale action figure, and the detail work is doing a lot of the talking here. It's built from PVC, ABS, POK, and real fabric, with a wired cape so you can actually pose the flow instead of fighting a stiff sculpt. Two interchangeable head sculpts, calm and angry with a heat vision effect, plus nine swappable hands, a kryptonite spear, and an empty Batman cowl round out the accessory set. Pre-orders are open now, and at 6.4 inches tall it'll sit nicely alongside other 1/12 scale DC pieces.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ReAction+ Wave 1
Super7's ReAction+ TMNT Wave 1 just got a nice price drop on Amazon, down to $20.99 each. The wave covers Donatello, Raphael, Shredder, and a Foot Clan soldier, all done up in the retro style pulling from the 1987 cartoon. Nine points of articulation and the classic O-ring build keep them true to vintage Turtles figures while still being genuinely poseable. If you've been on the fence about this wave, the discount is a good excuse to start, or finish, the set.

Masters of the Universe Chronicles: King Hiss
Mattel's Masters of the Universe Chronicles line is bringing back King Hiss, leader of the Snake Men, in a 6.5 inch figure loaded with 30 points of articulation. The transformation gimmick is the star here: swap the arms and head to shift between his human disguise and full serpentine form, complete with articulating jaws and removable tongues on the snake heads. The packaging even includes an insert so you can pose him in front of a backdrop display. It's a Club Grayskull exclusive through Mattel Creations, live now through September 3rd at 8:59am PT while supplies last, so members shouldn't sit on this one.
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring - Saruman
INART's turning its attention to Middle-earth with a 1/6 scale Saruman, capturing the White Wizard before his fall from grace in The Fellowship of the Ring. Mille Studios assisted on the head sculpt and accessories, which is a good sign for how much care went into this one. Pre-orders open September 3rd, so there's still time to decide if this one earns a shelf spot next to the rest of your LOTR collection.
Invincible
Super7 is teasing a new Invincible figure announcement, though details are still under wraps. It's not clear yet whether this ties into the Deluxe figures, Angstrom Levy, Allen the Alien, and company, that turned up on Amazon a few weeks back, or something new entirely. Marvel Legends: Spider-Man Brand New Day - Scorpion
Scorpion is back up for pre-order in the Spider-Man: Brand New Day wave of Marvel Legends, now priced at $27.99 with a new ship date of November 1st.
