Tamashii Nations is bringing My Hero Academia's ultimate villain into S.H.Figuarts scale with All For One, built specifically around the final battle. The included effect parts recreate his quirks in action, and swappable parts let you show off the height and build changes from his mid fight rejuvenation. The nicest touch for anime collectors is compatibility: the head parts are made to work with the separately sold S.H.Figuarts Katsuki Bakugo -The Beginning- figure, so you can actually stage the climactic confrontation on the shelf. Bandai's S.H.Figuarts line adds Fleet Admiral Sakazuki, better known as Akainu, in his Marineford appearance from One Piece. The set leans into the character's magma powers with effect parts built to recreate his battle attacks straight out of the war arc. Articulation is tuned for dynamic, mid strike poses rather than just a standing display pose, which matters for a fight this iconic. McFarlane's Page Punchers line pairs each 7 inch figure with the actual comic it's based on, and this wave covers Batman pulled from Batman #1 and Nightwing pulled from Nightwing #81. DC Direct Robin (Dick Grayson) and Robin (Tim Drake) Red Platinum
DC Direct is also putting out a Red Platinum variant pairing, Robin Dick Grayson pulled from Batman Issue 1 and Robin Tim Drake pulled from Nightwing Issue 81. The Red Platinum treatment is McFarlane's premium foil finish tier, aimed at collectors who want a flashier alternate to a standard release. These are a GameStop pre-order exclusive, so if you don't have a GameStop nearby or online ordering access is spotty, expect this one to be tougher to track down. Early collector reports already mention ordering hiccups, so move fast if the finish is what you're after.
Masters of the Universe Origins Two-Bad
Mattel's Club Grayskull line is bringing Two-Bad into Masters of the Universe Origins scale, and the two-headed brute is one of the more fun sculpting challenges in the vintage roster. At 5.5 inches tall with 16 points of articulation, the figure gives each head its own distinct detailing rather than mirroring the sculpt, which is what actually sells a two-headed character. He comes with a yellow shield matching his chest armor and a mini comic, and the packaging is built to look good whether you keep him carded or on the shelf. Hiya Toys Godzilla Ultima (Godzilla Singular Point)
Hiya Toys is expanding their Exquisite Basic series with Godzilla Ultima, the final evolved form from the Godzilla Singular Point anime. This is a big sculpt for the line at roughly 17cm tall and about 70cm from head to tail, and it leans hard into the design's layered, almost organic skin texture and the oversized dorsal fins running down to the tail. The tail itself is multi jointed for natural sweeping poses, and two interchangeable hands let you switch between a stalking pose and a clawed attack pose. Heads up that this isn't a quick turnaround release, Hiya has it slated for Q4 2027, so this is a pre-order for patient collectors.
Star Trek Wave 3 Price Increase
Nacelle's Brian Volk Weiss confirmed in a Facebook video that Wave 3 of the Star Trek figure line is coming before the end of the year, and it's bringing a price increase with it. Waves 1 and 2 have retailed at $28.99, and Volk Weiss floated numbers in the couple of dollars range, at one point mentioning $5 before walking that back to probably less. Wave 3 rounds out the Original Series bridge crew, Kirk, Spock, McCoy, Uhura, Sulu, Chekov, Scott, and Nurse Chapel, plus a Janice Rand figure and a Gene Roddenberry and Lucille Ball two pack. Rising material and shipping costs are squeezing everybody in this hobby right now, us included, so the honesty about the increase is at least refreshing. Firmer pricing and dates are expected out of New York Comic Con next month.
Boss Fight Studio Ghost of Lobster Johnson (Hellboy)
Boss Fight Studio is going deep into Mike Mignola's Hellboy universe with the Ghost of Lobster Johnson, a 1/12 scale take on the pulp vigilante pulled from his appearance in Conqueror Worm. This version depicts the character as the spectral figure who keeps fighting crime after death, and the sculpt backs that up with a full glow in the dark blue finish and dark blue detailing instead of the usual muted pulp palette. Loadout is solid too: dual pistols, a submachine gun, alternate hands, and his signature calling cards. It's a BigBadLaunchPad exclusive limited to 2,000 units, so there's no general retail link to chase right now, just the campaign page itself.
DC Multiverse Batman (Arkham City, Bloody) Gold Label
McFarlane's Gold Label banner usually means a beat up, battle damaged repaint of an existing sculpt, and that's exactly what's happening here with a bloodied take on the Arkham City Batman. It's a 7 inch DC Multiverse figure pulled straight from the Rocksteady game's aesthetic, playing up the wear and tear era of that particular Batsuit. Accessory details weren't part of this pre-order alert, so treat this one as a straight sculpt and paint pickup rather than a loaded accessory set. It's currently up for pre-order through GameStop.
DC Direct Batman Beyond and Batman Noel Cowl Replicas
McFarlane's DC Direct line is putting out two cowl replicas for display collectors rather than action figure fans specifically, a 1:1 scale Batman Beyond cowl and a smaller 1:3 scale Batman Noel cowl. Going full scale on the Beyond cowl is the more interesting move since that's a harder shape to nail at wearable size, sharp ears and that flattened animated style face profile. The Noel cowl at 1:3 scale reads more like a shelf piece playing off that Batman Beyond holiday variant look. Both are up for pre-order now.
G.I. Joe Classified Ninja Force Snake Eyes and Jinx
Hasbro's loading up this Target exclusive Ninja Force two pack with accessories, 21 pieces total between Snake Eyes and Jinx. Snake Eyes comes with an alternate wolf masked head plus nunchuks, claws, a knife, two swords, and a scabbard, while Jinx, Kim Arashikage, gets a bow and arrow with quiver, two swords, alternate hands and head, a raven mask, and a removable feather shawl. That's the kind of loadout that actually justifies calling them elite ninja operatives instead of just repainted body types. It's part of Target's Fall Geek-Out event, opened for pre-order September 18 at 9am ET for $59.99, with shipping expected in October 2026.
NECA Batman (1989 Film) Clothed Figure
NECA's 8 inch clothed Batman from the 1989 Tim Burton film is back in stock, which is good news since this one tends to sell out fast. The soft goods cape is wire enabled so it actually holds a pose instead of flopping flat, and the tailoring does real work capturing that bulky Michael Keaton era suit silhouette. He comes with swappable hands, a Batarang, and a grapnel launcher, and the window box packaging is styled to echo the original vintage toy line. G.I. Joe Classified D.I.R.E. Hawk: First Look
An early look at Hasbro's next G.I. Joe Classified Walmart exclusive surfaced through an eBay listing, showing what appears to be the Cobra D.I.R.E. Tech Hawk figure. The wings look to be the same variant tooling that first showed up with the Raptor figure, reused here for a different Cobra flight trooper. Nothing's official yet, this is a first look and not a confirmed reveal, but the timing lines up with Walmart's 2026 Fall Collector Con event next month.
