Hiya Toys Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II: Super Mechagodzilla
Hiya Toys keeps building out their Exquisite Basic Godzilla line, and this one recreates the combined form from Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II (1993). Standing about 8.26 inches tall in ABS and PVC, the figure captures Mechagodzilla's sharp eyes and heavy mechanical bulk, then lets you attach the Garuda unit to its back to complete the Super Mechagodzilla silhouette from the film. You get two interchangeable back plates so you can display Mechagodzilla solo or combined, plus two abdomen parts for the merged form. The articulated Garuda cannons, thruster flame effect parts, and a stack of energy beam pieces mean you can build out a full attack pose without a single extra accessory pack. UPFinegures DC Comics Absolute Batman
UPFinegures, the studio formerly known as LPZZ, has a 1/12 scale Absolute Batman figure in the works based on DC's reimagined take on the character. It's an early reveal, images only for now with no accessory or paint breakdown yet, but a Q4 2026 release window puts it on the calendar for the back half of the year. Tamashii S.H.Figuarts Gundam SEED Destiny: Kira Yamato
Bandai's S.H.Figuarts line adds Kira Yamato in his Orb Pilot Suit from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny, and this one has been newly sculpted rather than recycled from an older mold. Compared to the earlier Compass Pilot Suit version, Tamashii improved the articulation here, giving you a noticeably wider range of poses. The set includes facial expression parts and pieces built specifically to recreate the final episode's battle against Durandal, plus interchangeable face options that previous Kira releases didn't have. Pre-orders open August 3rd with a release scheduled for December 2026, so Gundam SEED collectors have some lead time to plan around it.

Tamashii Nations brings the Phantom Troupe's leader to S.H.Figuarts with this Hunter x Hunter Chloro figure. Tamashii S.H.Figuarts One Piece: Shanks (Marineford)
S.H.Figuarts adds Shanks as he appeared during the Battle of Marineford, straw hat and all, to the One Piece lineup. Tamashii built in a wide range of motion along with multiple facial expression parts, so you can pose him through the more dramatic beats of that arc rather than just a single static stance. Pre-orders open August 3rd with a release scheduled for January 2027. Worth grabbing if you're assembling the Marineford cast in this scale.

Tamashii Ghost in the Shell: Motoko Kusanagi and Fuchikoma
Tamashii Nations is bringing two Ghost in the Shell releases at once: S.H.Figuarts Motoko Kusanagi and a Robot Spirits Fuchikoma, sold separately but clearly designed as a pair. Kusanagi is built with a highly articulated frame for dynamic action poses and comes with a wide range of expressive face and optional parts based on the newer anime's design. The Fuchikoma matches that same faithfulness to the new series, with its own articulated structure and a set of stylized facial expression parts, and its rear cockpit is sized to actually seat the Kusanagi figure inside. Both are set for a January 2027 release with pre-orders opening August 3rd, so if you want the full combo you'll want to grab them together.
Mattel MOTU First Ones: Battle for Eternia Playset
Mattel's Masters of the Universe First Ones Battle for Eternia playset just landed in stock on Amazon, and it's a genuinely loaded 2-in-1 set. You get both Castle Grayskull and Snake Mountain, which can sit side by side or split apart depending on how much play space you want to dedicate. Castle Grayskull has a movie-accurate Sword Altar for the included Sword of Power, an opening and closing Jawbridge, a working elevator, and a zipline for surprise attacks, while Snake Mountain packs a removable Evil Bone Throne for Skeletor to scheme from. It ships with an exclusive Golden Armor Skeletor figure, measures about 27 inches wide when fully opened, and folds down for storage when you're done displaying it. Assembly is required, and Mattel rates it for ages 6 and up.

Heatboys Hefig TMNT: Michelangelo
Heatboys continues their Hefig TMNT line with Michelangelo, available in both Deluxe and Standard 1/9th scale editions at roughly 7.87 inches tall. Both versions are built from diecast, plastic, and magnets, and come loaded with the character's signature gear, including nunchaku with multiple effect parts, a skateboard, a boombox, pizza, and a stack of interchangeable hands for different grips. The Deluxe edition goes further with a bonus "Street Rapper" styled outfit swap and an extra interchangeable head sculpt not included in the Standard release. It's a lot of diecast and plastic packed into one figure, which tracks with how Heatboys has approached the rest of this TMNT wave.

Funko's newest Tomb Raider Pop pulls from Tomb Raider: Underworld and gives Lara Croft the Doppelganger treatment, a nice deep cut for anyone collecting the game-based Pops rather than just movie tie-ins. It's up for pre-order now directly through Entertainment Earth. There's not a ton of official detail out yet beyond the reveal images, but the sculpt alone should be enough to catch the eye of Tomb Raider collectors filling out their shelf.

Hasbro GI Joe Classified Series: File Cards
Hasbro dropped a fresh batch of file cards for the G.I. Joe Classified Series, covering Sgt. Slaughter, Drift Viper, Artic Steel Corps Trooper, Artic S.A.W. Viper, and Artic Assault H.I.S.S. Driver. File cards are the character bios that ride along with each figure, so this is Hasbro giving fans a first look at how these characters get framed before the figures themselves hit shelves. It's a nice reminder of how deep the Classified line has gotten, mixing classic Joe roster names like Sgt. Slaughter with newer Arctic-themed Cobra units. Worth a look if you follow the line's lore as closely as the figures.

Super7 ThunderCats Ultimates: Lion-O and Mumm-Ra (LED SDCC Exclusive)
Super7's SDCC 2026 exclusive brings Lion-O and Mumm-Ra to the ThunderCats Ultimates line with LED light-up eyes, based on the 1985 animated series. Both figures are built at 7-inch scale with 27 points of articulation, so they hold up well next to the rest of the Ultimates wave when it comes to posing. The light-up eyes are a nice touch for a rivalry this iconic, and it's exactly the kind of exclusive detail that makes SDCC releases worth chasing.
