Factory Entertainment just gave collectors their first look at Wave 2 of the Battlestar Galactica 3.75 inch line, and it's a deep cut for anyone who lived through the original series. The lineup covers six figures: Commander Adama, Lieutenant Athena, Lord Baltar, Lucifer, and dress uniform versions of Starbuck and Apollo. Putting the crew in their formal blues alongside the ship's sinister Cylon agent Lucifer says a lot about how far this line is willing to go beyond battle gear. No pricing or release window yet, this is strictly a preview, but we'll be watching for details as they land.

Solomon Grundy
Mezco's One:12 Collective is tackling one of DC's most gruesome brawlers with Solomon Grundy, and the sculpt leans hard into the decay. The roughly 20cm figure runs on the hyper articulated One:12 body with over 32 points of movement, wrapped in a genuinely distressed tattered jacket, shirt, and pants that look like they've spent decades in the swamp. Three interchangeable head portraits (snarling, angry, and frowning) plus three pairs of hands let you swap Grundy from a lumbering menace to a full on rampage. He comes swinging a torn up tree trunk as his signature weapon and ships on a display base with an adjustable post. Pre orders are live now at $120, with a February 2027 ship date.

NBA SportsPicks Wave 1
McFarlane Toys is kicking off Wave 1 of its NBA SportsPicks line at 6 inch scale, and the opening roster leans hard into current era star power. The five figures are LeBron James, Brandon Ingram, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Donovan Mitchell, and Victor Wembanyama. It's a strong first wave, pairing an established icon in LeBron with several of the league's rising franchise cornerstones. Pre orders are open now through Entertainment Earth.

Dark Nights Metal: Batman the Devastator and Batman the Dawnbreaker
INART Action is previewing two new additions to its Dark Nights Metal lineup at 1/12 scale, Batman the Devastator and Batman the Dawnbreaker. Both are twisted, corrupted takes on Batman pulled from the Dark Multiverse, and INART's preview shots lean fully into that grim, otherworldly design instead of a standard suit reissue. Pre orders open July 31st, so full specs and pricing should land soon after. If you collect the darker corners of the Batman mythos, this is one to watch.
TMNT Michelangelo: Deluxe Edition
Heatboys is going all out with its HEFIG Series Michelangelo, a 1/9th scale Deluxe Edition standing about 20cm tall and built from PVC, ABS, POM, magnet, and alloy parts. The accessory count alone tells you this is a loaded release: two interchangeable heads, two alternate bandanas, seven pairs of swappable hands, a skateboard with effect parts, a boombox and cassette tape, sunglasses, a crossbody bag, nunchaku with interchangeable handles and effect parts, and even a slice of pizza. That's a whole 90s skater aesthetic packed into one figure, right down to the portable cassette player and baseball cap. Pre orders open July 31st with a Q4 2026 release.

Evangelion Test Type-01: Pseudo DMS Phase
threezero's ROBO-DOU line is tackling the Evangelion Test Type-01 in its Pseudo DMS Phase, and this might be the most feature packed Eva figure they've done yet. Standing about 9.8 inches tall on a die-cast interior frame with roughly 48 points of articulation, the figure uses UV-reactive paint on its red armor plating for a movie accurate glow, plus a transparent left arm to capture the unit's transformation state. LED light-up eyes, an interchangeable broken chest that exposes the core, and a pair of A.T. Field effects for defense and attack, both with stands, let you build out full battle-damage displays. It also ships with a halo and stand, an alternate Dramatic Rage head without the LED feature, extra hands, and a ROBO-DOU action stand to hold it all up.

Avengers: Doomsday Captain America, Doctor Doom and Thor
Bandai Namco is rolling out three new S.H.Figuarts figures tied to Avengers: Doomsday, covering Captain America, Doctor Doom, and Thor. Pricing is set per figure, with Captain America at $149.99, Doctor Doom at $99.99, and Thor at $89.99, and ship windows split between December 2026 and February 2027 depending on the character. S.H.Figuarts has built its reputation on movie accurate proportions and heavy articulation for exactly this kind of ensemble lineup, so seeing a villain like Doctor Doom get the same treatment as the heroes is a nice touch. Pre orders are open now at BigBadToyStore, with Entertainment Earth and Amazon listings expected to follow.
Marvel Legends Mole Man and Moloids
Straight out of San Diego Comic Con, Hasbro has opened pre orders for a new Marvel Legends set built around Mole Man and his Moloids, pulled from the pages of Fantastic Four. The set is priced at $39.99 and set to ship in October 2026. Mole Man rarely gets modern figure treatment outside Fantastic Four specific waves, so a set that bundles him with his Moloid army is a nice deep pull for Marvel Legends collectors building out their Fantastic Four rogues gallery.
