Studio Commercial License

Version 1.0 · August 2026 · applies to Creator, Signature, and Atelier members in good standing

1. What this license grants

While your paid Studio membership (Creator, Signature, or Atelier) is active, Cee of Creativity grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the following commercially:

• Models you generate in the AI Create Studio under your account, including 3D printing and selling the physical prints you make from them.
• Library files you download from the STL library during your membership, including selling physical prints of them.

2. What it does not grant

• No digital resale or redistribution. You may sell physical prints; you may not sell, share, give away, or re-host the digital files themselves.
• No third-party IP. The license covers original and owned content only. Generating or printing characters, logos, or designs owned by someone else (fan art) remains personal-use, customer-directed fabrication and is never covered by this commercial license.
• No sublicensing. Rights are personal to the member account and cannot be transferred.

3. Attribution and file identity

Library files carry a unique file ID tied to your account. Attribution is appreciated but not required for physical goods.

4. Term

This license lasts as long as your paid membership is active and ends when the membership ends or is refunded. Physical items you produced and sold while the license was active remain yours; the right to produce new commercial items stops with the membership.

5. Housekeeping

This license supplements the site Terms of Service. Where they conflict for commercial use questions, this license controls. Governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Cee of Creativity may update this license for future work with notice; the version in force when you created a model governs that model.
